ABOUT THE AGENT

My name is Pedro Pina, I am from Vila Viçosa and I have developed my career in the areas of tourism, construction and real estate investment.

I started my activity in a construction materials resale company, where I acquired solid knowledge in the area of works and rehabilitation, fundamental for the investments I would make.

In 2015 I made my first investment in the Algarve, where I acquired and remodeled a property for local accommodation. Later, I made new investments both in Vila Viçosa and in other areas of the Algarve, always focusing on the rehabilitation and profitability of properties. At the same time, I also started a project in the area of building houses for sale.

My entry into the real estate sector comes as the fulfillment of an old goal and a natural evolution of my path. Over the years, I have gained practical experience in real estate investment, rehabilitation and management, which allows me to have a vision today
complete market.

I feel prepared to accompany clients and investors in a close, transparent and professional way, whether buying, selling or monetizing real estate, always seeking to identify the best opportunities and maximize the value of each investment.
