ABOUT THE AGENT

With a degree in Sociology and Planning from ISCTE, I began my professional career as a trainer in the sociocultural area, a position I held between 2004 and 2008.

Subsequently, I embraced the financial area, having developed my career in the banking sector between 2008 and 2014. This experience allowed me to acquire solid skills in process management, financial analysis and, above all, in building lasting relationships of trust with customers.

In 2017, I started my journey in the real estate sector, an area that quickly became a true passion. Over the years, I have taken on leadership roles, team coordination, process management and agency direction, developing a comprehensive and strategic vision of the entire real estate process.

I am also a Credit Intermediary and insurance consultant, which allows me to provide complete and specialized support to my clients, from the search for the ideal property to obtaining financing and adequate protection. My goal is to ensure a safe, efficient and fully personalized experience.

Currently, I lead my own team, "Dora Silveira – Real Estate Team", composed of three dedicated professionals committed to excellence in the service provided. I deeply believe that teamwork enhances results, multiplies business opportunities and promotes a constant sharing of knowledge and experiences, allowing us to offer more complete and effective solutions to those who seek us.

Throughout my journey in the real estate sector, I have been consolidating consistent results and a relationship of trust with my clients, reflected in the high recommendation rate and the positive feedback I receive continuously. I believe that these results are the result of a close, transparent follow-up focused on the real needs of each client.
